FYI, until the htdig archive search gets fixed, this also seems to work:
<http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Infinite+Loop+In+%22rm+-fr%22+When+Busy+File+Encountered%22+site%3Acygwin.com+%2Fml%2Fcygwin%2F>
(IOW, search google for ["phrase" site:cygwin.com /ml/cygwin/]).
