My desktop shortcut:
H:\bin\rxvt.exe -sr -sl 2500 -fg lightblue -geometry 90x30 \
 -bg midnightblue -sb -tn rxvt  -fn "Lucida Console-12" \
 -e /usr/bin/bash --login -i
