What's up with the Cygwin homepage?

Steve,

So far this morning (I tried first around 7:00 am and just now, 9:25 am 
PDT) I get no response at all from the Web page and Setup.exe cannot 
retrieve its mirror list.

If it's relevant, here's the DNS resolution of cygwin.com:
