dllwrap/perl/Net::DNS DNS.o(.text+0x1b1):DNS.c: undefined reference to `___dn_expand'

Besides the unresolved reference, Cygwin Perl 5.8.0 doesn't use
dllwrap anymore, you should delete /usr/local/bin/ld2 and
/usr/local/bin/perlld and let the scripts in /usr/bin do their work!
