CYGWIN as an acronym? (Was Re: Official List of Cygwin Acronyms)

Hey, I just had a thought: if we have an expansion for ACRONYM, we should
really have an expansion for CYGWIN, something like "Coolness You Get
Where Initially None", or "Can You Guess What's Implemented Next?"...
Since I don't know how this one will stand with the powers-that-be (and
the Cygwin community), I'm sending this to the list rather than adding it
to the OLOCA outright.  If you're against it, now's the time to speak up.
Alternative suggestions are also welcome.
