cygwin gcc 3.4 and cygwin

Sorry, I should have phrased this differently.  It was not really intended
to be sarcastic.  Better still, it did also contain real content.

None of us do.  That is well understood.

Is he Cygwin's gcc maintainer then?  I would be happy to work with him on
these issues.
