gcc -MM and #include <some_cygwin_package_include.h>

After additional browsing though "info gcc", I found
a "workaround". -isystem or -idirafter both add the
magic "system" behavior, even though -I- doesn't.

Aargh! POBHANDA, I guess.

I suppose there's still the issue about whether
/usr/include/python2.2 (and presumably other package
includes) should be considered "system" by default.
