Setup program window cut off on right side

When I run setup.exe, I cannot see the whole window. The text is cut off
on the right side, and I cannot see the scroll bar on long lists. The
program works fine otherwise, and I can click on a list item and scroll
down with my cursor key, but when I get to the chooser screen, it is
impossible for me to change any selection below the visible list.

I am running Windows XP version 5.1.2600. I have tried changing the
screen resolution, no difference. I tried setup.exe versions 2.340.2.5,
2.249.2.5, and 2.358.

Any ideas?
