Proftpd on non NT systems

I am sure that you are aware but running server type process on versions
of Windows that are not setup for server process (95, 98, ME) poses many
problems.  It is very much a buyer beware.  Windows Millenium is
particularly bad and you should upgrade that box to 2000 or XP at a
minimum.
