crontab error

Chuck,

The "id" output below indicates that your /etc/passwd and /etc/group are,
in fact, *not* up to date (if they are present at all).  Please read
<http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/ntsec.html#NTSEC-RELEASE1.3.20>, and
update your /etc/passwd and /etc/group.  I suspect this should fix your
chown problem.
