Include Problem

Not necessarily.  Not every application is designed to work across different
platforms.  Sometimes a programmer may choice to sacrifice portability for
some other advantage.  In fact in some cases they may include system include
files like thos in "linux/*" just prevent people from compiling on an
unsupported platform.
