ssh ProxyCommand - connect.exe

Well, I feel dumb.  One of the assumptions I made was that I was behind a 
SOCKS 5 proxy.  It turns out is HTTP Proxy.  So if I enter this command it 
works:

connect.exe -d -H myuid@surf.proxy.com www.yahoo.com 80
