cygcheck and mount -X

cygcheck and strace are mingw programs, so:

mount -x -b -f c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck.exe /bin/cygcheck.exe
mount -x -b -f c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck /bin/cygcheck

etc.
