Perl Tk in Cygwin (using X)

Apparently not.  The version that worked is 800.024 and the version that 
didn't work is 804.025.

According to the README.cygwin, " perl Makefile.PL x" is "supposed" to 
set it up to be compiled for X11.  Whether it really does or not, I 
don't know.
