SYSTEM needs read access to your authorized_keys file. Try
setfacl -m u:system:r-- ~ ~/.ssh ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
authorized_keys2 is deprecated, btw. Append all keys in authorized_keys2
to authorized_keys.
