Reinstatement?

Chris,
    After two months without a connection -- and with serious withdrawal 
symptoms -- I am back hanging from the wires.  I'm sure I've been 
suspended because of the bounces when I first failed.  Would you kindly 
reset my list memberships to active?  Thanks!
