Reformatting C/C++/Java code (RE: proposed sync() patch)

 Argh! How is it that I always hit this kind of stuff? (NO don't answer
that; i don't really want to know)
 I've been using indent occassionally on my C-code only.

 Anyone tried astyle on a larger scale?

(Not cygwin, yes I know - sorry for that)
