How to set the colors of terminfo's standout mode?

FWIW:

$ cat ~/.Xdefaults
# XTerm == rxvt as rxvt simulates xterm

rxvt.background:        black
rxvt.foreground:        grey
rxvt.visualBell:        true

... I know these things get explained in some man/info-page that I currently
am too lazy to look up. (man/info rxvt?)
