How to set the colors of terminfo's standout mode?

  Note that I am *not* using an X terminal (emulator), but a "Command
Prompt" 'DOS' window. AFAIK, the X settings do not apply in that case.
Anyway, I do not even have a .Xdefaults file (anywhere) and my
background is white, not black.
