cygserver - Postgres Multiple connection Load Testing - Inifinte Loop

The compressed log file .zip is about 19K. Uncompressed is large. This 
mailing list does not accept attachements.

I do not know of any other way to reproduce the problem, except thru 
load testing of the database.

Any chance to create a simple testcase which uncovers that behaviour
without involving a whole database system?
