gpgshell w/ cygwin gpg.exe?

No luck with google or faq; I want to use gpgshell (mostly 'cause so
much of my mail is now going through gmail).  Is anyone out there
using gpgshell with the cygwin gpg, or am I going to have to install
the gnupg for windows separately?  Many thanks!
