Problem rolling back cygwin from 1.5.7.1 to 1.5.5.1

You need to roll back the 'ash' package to the previous version as well,
20031007-1.  This can be done with setup.exe.

The current 20040127-1 version was built for Cygwin 1.5.7 and is one of
a few programs that aren't backwards compatible with earlier versions of
the DLL.
