Cygwin/DBD::ODBC issue

Now I am getting the following errors.
/usr/include/w32api/sqltypes.h:17: error: syntax error before "UDWORD"
/usr/include/w32api/sqltypes.h:18: error: syntax error before "UWORD"
/usr/include/w32api/sqltypes.h:24: error: syntax error before "PTR"
