wget FTP wildcards

Check "/etc/wgetrc/" and "~/.wgetrc" whether it contains a line like:

ftp_proxy = http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@SERVER:PORT/

For me, also having this setting, wildcards in wget don't work too.
