/usr/lib and /lib mount question

mount -f -s -b "c:/cygwin" "/"

mount -f -s -b "c:/cygwin/lib" "/usr/lib"
might work a little better. The -f is necessary for already mounted
directories and the -x tells cygwin that the contents of the directory
are all executable which speeds things up slightly.
