WinXP can only run one Cygwin background job?

Sorry,
I realise this must be an old Cygwin chestnut, But I've only just
noticed that WinXP only seems to run one background job at a time. I
presume I'm stuck with behaviour


[1]  - running    checkbot --url http://www.url1.co.uk
[2]  + running    checkbot --url http://www.url2.co.uk/
