broken dependency in postgres 7.4.1

hello
i try to test postgres but during the command: initdb -D mydir
cygwin displays:
'the dynamic library cygcript-0.dll is not found .....'

i think it's a broken dependency

because it uses crypt package which is not selected when selecting 
postgres package
