How to set the colors of terminfo's standout mode?

Because it is *bold* then, and bold with CMD.EXE ANSI.SYS (or 
COMMAND.COM + ANSI.SYS) changes the color and doesn't change the face.

The new cgywin does it _right_ according to my explanation, favoring 
boldness over color-matching.
