rm hangs on illegal filename nul

Hmm,

$ cmd /c dir /x
  Volume in drive C has no label.
  Volume Serial Number is 2C4B-5A99

  Directory of C:\cygwin\home\quetschke

doesn't help :-(

Maybe that works for directory names, but this is a file named nul.
