Where is libdl which is used by cppunit

I wrote an example to try cppunit, but got error message below:

/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.3.3/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld: 
cannot find -ldl

Where is libdl?  I can't find it.

Here is my Makefile.
=======================================================
example : IntTest.o main.o g++ -o example IntTest.o main.o 
-lcppunit -ldl IntTest.o : Int.h IntTest.h IntTest.cpp main.o : 
main.cpp clean: rm -f example IntTest.o main.o test : example 
./example =======================================================
