cygthread::stub: erroneous thread activation

Hi,
 
I get the error message: "3 [exiting thread] bash 3156 cygthread::stub: erroneous thread activation" while exec a bash shell script. Sometimes the the script hangs earlier or later without any message.
On other machines there is no problem with that script, so i think it is a problem of hyperthreading.

The machine is a 2 Processor Windows 2003 Server machine with 2 GB Ram . The taskmgr shows 4 CPU.
 
The output of cygcheck ist added.
