Minor gripe about chere-0.31-1 packaging

In spite of the (well deserved) gold star I still have a minor gripe
about the packaging.
It seems the previous version (0.2) is also installed as /bin/chere~.
Here the output from tar jxvf chere-0.3-1.tar.bz2:

Seems also the editor backup file was included.
