ssmtp.exe doesn't authenticate against exchange

ssmtp can be configured to use ssl, but it has to be re-compiled for
that purpose. Some instructions are available in the relevant places
under /usr/share/doc/.
Perhaps I should make the ssmtp binary package ssl-capable...
