This obviously assumes a consistent setup.  Don't try this if you
are moving between Windows XP and Windows ME.  I suspect this is
not an issue.

I included the instructions only to show roughly how things could be
done.  Details like "clean up after yourself" should be
self-explanatory.  FWIW, leaving the cygwin dll won't hurt anything
but everything that you copied over temporarily should be deleted.
