libnet-pcap-perl ??

All,

Anyone ever used libnet-pcap-perl under Cygwin? I searched
http://cygwin.com/packages/ but got nothing. I have Perl installed, but
assume that I have to compile this lib myself.

Anyone have hints or suggestions?
