cygwin coreutils-5.3.0-4 rm change breaks Libtool

Patch for HEAD is attached. All of the 106 old-style tests in the
testsuite passes with it. Some of the autotest tests fail, as previously
noted. Some of those failures have to do with missing -no-undefined when
linking libraries I think.
If the rm change is reverted the patch isn't necessary of course.

Attached as build-relink2-testlog.

That test in HEAD passes. Strange. Log attached as depdemo-relink-testlog.
