I: G77 160 MB memory allocation limit

I tried 1.5.17 preview and it works!

May be, could you increase the amount of allocatable memory from
0x60000000 up to 0x70000000 in next official 1.5.17 ? 
In such a way the windows native data/program segments might be very
similar.
