Howto build perl/Tk on cygwin

[DoMinix]

as I didn't find relevant info on the archive (I appologize
if there were) I follow up this info to the Cygwin ML cause
it could be to some interest to those who want Tk-804.027 on
cygwin.

The Makefiles are not broken. It is just that the state of
cygwin on the moment Tk-804.027 was released was not as
unix as Nick expected it to be.

# cd Tk-804.027
# perl Makefile.PL x
# cd pTk
# ln -s tkUnixDefault.h tkWinDefault.h
# cd ..
# mv Makefile Makefile.old
# sed -e s/tkWinDefault.h// Makefile.old > Makefile
# export LDLOADLIBS=/usr/X11R6/lib/libX11-6.dll.a
# make
# find . -name \*.dll | xargs rebase -v -b 0x68000000
# make test
# make install

works for me
