HEADSUP - $PATH after starting cygwin.bat

If a component in the windows PATH variable has quotes around it
then the cygwin PATH will contain an exact copy of that component.

e.g. 

$ echo $PATH
/bin:"W:\Program Files\Symantec\Norton Ghost 2003":foo:bar:...
