Qestion about Bash Fork Resource Temporily Unavailable More

[Question NS]

Dear Larry,

Thank you for you suggestion, I installed Latest
Cygwin DLL release version is 1.5.17-1. Now I got
cygcheck.out and attach it for your review, I am
looking forward to your reply. By the way, I have
installed cygwin in April 2004, no problems. The
trouble came out when I reinstalled it several days
ago.
