[perl-5.8.7] Perl regression tests fail when lib directory is present

Simply running the command with -t, like so:
/usr/bin/perl.exe -t "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-e" "test_harness(0, 
'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t

or is this not the right way to activate taint mode?
