FW: v1.74 install F90 compiler

Dears Cygwiners,
I need to compile some codes wrote on F90, I have  already installed on my PC, (wi-XPpro)  visual fortran 5.0, but  I do not know how to install  it  on Cygwin?
 
 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
