FYI, to achieve the same without loss of functionality, rename /cygwin.bat
to /Cygwin.bat (and /cygwin.ico to /Cygwin.ico) instead of deleting.
Windows doesn't care, and bash does case-sensitive tab completion (by
default, unless you instruct it not to), so /c<TAB> will complete to
/cygdrive.  I also found that creating /dev (and populating it) does
wonders for tab completion.
