Request MD5 checksum for cygwin setup.exe

Instead of downloading off cygwin.com, you can download setup.exe from any
up-to-date Cygwin mirror.  Most mirrors contain setup.exe and md5.sum in
the Cygwin directory root.  The MD5 checksum for setup.exe is in md5.sum.
