fontconfig segfault

In /etc/fonts/local.conf I set:
<dir>/usr/share/ghostscript/fonts</dir>

When I start fc-list, I get

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x610b4b68 in random () from /bin/cygwin1.dll

I've attached (trimmed) strace of it.
If I left only some fonts there, it runned without error, so I suppose 
it is a bug somewhere.
