cygpath --help -> crash

Looks like a bug in the latest cygpath. The top of the usage info string
says:
Usage: %s (-d|-m|-u|-w|-t TYPE) [-f FILE] [OPTION]... NAME...\n\
%s [-c HANDLE] \n\
%s [-ADHPSW] \n\
but the program name (prog_name) is only passed in twice.
