installing XML::Xerces in Perl

I'm getting crazy 

I have the Xerces (I think) installed.

Now I have to set some variables but I dont know to what, can someone help me

XERCES_LIB
XERCES_INCLUDE
XERCESCROOT
XERCES_CONFIG
