REsolved: Multiple Cygwin users in WinXPPro

I solved this by adding lines to 'cygwin.bat' that remove
'C:\cygwin\tmp\Xwin.log' and 'C:\cygwin\tmp\.X11-unix\*' before starting the
shell.
