Cygwin internal error whilst using GnuPG

I tried to reproduce your problem, but I couldn't.

$ uname -r
1.5.16(0.128/4/2)

$ gpg --recv-key 0xc0f2c580
gpg: requesting key C0F2C580 from hkp server wwwkeys.de.pgp.net
gpg: key C0F2C580: "Max Bowsher <maxb@ukf.net>" not changed
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:              unchanged: 1

I'm on Windows XP home SP2.
