Sort - locale: cygwin_nt-5.0

Many thanks to all the experts who kindly answered my question. I am sorry to know that I cannot use cygwin for sorting texts with languages other than English, but it was important for me to know if locales was supported or not.

Unfortunately, fro lack of competence I cannot be the one who fixes the problem!
